My experience

Very quickly using the Slendertone Connect 9 became part of my daily routine. I would place the belt on in the morning whilst getting everything ready for the day. Before I knew it I had done my session for the day. I liked the fact that I could track my progress on the app and that it recorded each sessions progression.

It also gave me targets to work towards which really made me want to complete them. I liked the fact that I could choose the intensity of the setting and change it during the session if required.

As you could pick different programs you wanted to use both me and my partner could use it. Which is fab meaning you can just buy the one and both use it.

Within the two weeks I have been using it I can really tell the difference. My jeans are fitting a lot better and my belly is looking a lot less jelly like.

So if like me the gym just isn’t for you then maybe this along with a healthy balanced diet could be the answer.
