My Nutribuddy results

Most new moms I know there goal for after having a baby is loosing that baby weight or just simply fitting into your pre pregnancy clothes. So when I was asked by Nutribuddy to try their meal replacement shakes I was excited to give it a try . I have now been using the shakes for two weeks and wanted to share with you my experience.

My first shake I tried with water and really didn’t like the taste or consistency . So then I went on and tried it with milk and it tasted really nice . It was a great addition to my morning routine as I was replacing breakfast with a shake . Some days I wouldn’t have breakfast at all or have something quick on the go. So these shakes were perfect for me to have for breakfast.

Unlike some other brands I had used before the mixture did sometimes tend to clump together . If I did shake it properly and thurraly then the clumps would be less . It didn’t take away from the taste at all and I still really enjoyed them.

I did have to make sure when taking the hunger fix tablets that I did actually eat in an hours time . As sometimes I would take them and then life would take over and I didn’t get to eat . This resulted in me getting headaches but as long as I ate it was fine.

I have recently had one of the biggest days of my life graduating from university and I really wanted to get rid of a bit of weight. Dress shopping at the best of times can be really stressful .

So the biggest question of all did I loose weight ??

Yes I did !!! I lost 9 pounds in 2 weeks which is just amazing . I did also follow a balanced diet along with the shakes which was also a big factor. Don’t get me wrong I did fall off the wagon and have a takeaway but all in all I’m happy . I feel more confident and happy

that the weight is staying off . I would definitely use this product again .
