Trying to make my lunch healthier with Grabits

In just over two weeks I will be returning to work after over a year off on maternity leave . Where that time has gone I don’t know . In order to save some money and also be healthier I have been on the look out for things to take to work with me for lunch  . Recently the lovely people over at Grabits offered me some of their chicken snacks to try .

Before I left for maternity I was always rubbish with my lunch . I would normally forget to sort anything out and grab quick and unhealthy options out of the cupboards at home . Or spend a silly amount at the shop on the way to work or pay for a school lunch . So when I go back in January I am determined to be healthier and more organised .

Chicken is one of my favourite things to eat and I probably eat chicken at least once a day . So Grabits chicken sticks are perfect for me . We were sent three different flavours to try these were Chinese , original and nice and spicy.

Grabits chicken sticks are low fat and healthy . They are made with 100% chicken that is hand marinated in their unique flavourings that are inspired from flavours around the world .

Unlike many other chicken products for on the go . They actually tasted nice and were full of flavour . You can really tell that the chicken is of a good quality .

Each chicken stick is less than 70 calories which is amazing . You can either eat them straight off the stick or add them to a salad for that extra flavour . Jordan’s personal favourite was to add the chicken to some rice making a yummy and quick meal. As he goes to the gym regularly he said that the chicken sticks were a good protein boost .

Grabit chicken products can be purchased from Spar,Budgens,One stop, Costcutter, Londis and many more places .
